Because interconnecting Virtual Assistants will make them even more effective and relevant, Konverso has joined the Alliance for Open Chatbot, a working group created in November 2018 whose ambition is to lead the development of open-source chatbot interface.

On September 13th, 2019, the alliance unveiled its communication norm for chatbots, an initiative for all known textual and vocal chatbots. This exchange format enables the creation of a “metabot”, a unique bot that makes it possible for end-users to interact with any bot he is connected to without switching between windows.

User experience is key for the adoption of new technologies and the satisfaction of the end-users. That’s why Konverso supports this initiative that smoothly integrates all bots, chatbots and callbots, in the conversation flows of the digital workplace.
